- Chicken: 1.5 lbs boneless thighs
- Batter: 1 cup Potato Starch, 1/4 cup Frying Mix
- Sauce: 3 tbsp Gochujang, 3 tbsp Ketchup, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Corn Syrup, 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- Garnish: Crushed Peanuts, Sesame Seeds
👨🍳 How to Cook
- Marinate: Pat chicken dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic & ginger. Rest 30 min.
- Coat: Toss in potato starch until fully covered.
- First Fry (160°C, 10 min): Fry in batches, rest on wire rack 5 min.
- Second Fry (180°C, 4 min): Fry again until deep golden and shatteringly crisp.
- Glaze: Simmer all sauce ingredients, toss hot chicken until glazed. Finish with peanuts & sesame.
